    • How to Access: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator coordinates with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager (Beta) on specific Procore projects.

    • How to Provide Feedback During Beta: Contact your dedicated Beta program lead.

    • How to report critical issues: Report breaking changes to Procore Customer Support. For general feedback or non-critical issues, contact your Beta program lead or Procore point of contact.

Currently, only Admin permissions are available. Procore will add more permission levels later.

The Next-Gen Viewer in the Model Manager (Beta) tool provides a high-fidelity 3D environment for coordinating project designs. By establishing a standard Home view and optimizing performance resolution based on your hardware, you can ensure that all collaborators start from the same perspective and that your federated project model remains responsive during complex inspections.

Steps

Go to Settings

  1. Launch the Procore Mobile app on your device.

  2. Go to the desired Procore project.

  3. Tap the Model Manager tool.

  4. Tap a model to open the viewer. The viewer supports both portrait and landscape orientation.

  5. Tap the Settings icon in the Top toolbar.

Select a Measurement System

Note

The Procore Mobile app automatically leverages your physical location to determine the measurement system used in your region by default. However, you can manually adjust this setting to suit your preference.

  1. Tap Measurement System.

  2. Choose an option:

    • Imperial

    • Metric (meters)

    • Metric (millimeters)

  3. Tap Done to save your selection.

Select a Performance Setting

Note

The Procore Mobile app automatically leverages your physical location to determine the measurement system used in your region by default. However, you can manually adjust this setting to suit your preference.

  1. Tap Performance

  2. Choose an option:

    • Low. Lowest resolution and details.

    • Medium. Optimized for fluid motion, less focus on details.

    • High. Optimized for sharper visuals, less focus on speed.

    • Ultra. Maximum resolution and details.

  3. Tap Done to save your selection.

Set the Current View as Project Home

  1. In the 3D space, adjust your camera to the desired view.

  2. Tap Update Home View.

  3. At the Update Project Home View? prompt, tap Update.

A notification message confirms a successful update.
