The Next-Gen Viewer replaces the legacy Procore BIM Viewer. No Procore BIM Enterprise License is required.

  • Project Eligibility

    • Project Scope: The Next-Gen Viewer applies exclusively to newly created projects. Existing projects will retain their current setup and will not automatically update.

    • New Procore Customers: The viewer is enabled by default and required.

    • Existing Procore Customers: Have the option to turn the viewer off. Contact your Procore point of contact for assistance.

The core Next-Gen Viewer is a foundational feature of the Procore BIM 2.0 vision that streams massive 3D models without hardware limitations. When using the viewer in the Model Manager (Beta) tool, additional features are available. For details, see Navigate the Next-Gen Viewer in Model Manager.

Core viewer features are supported in the project's Documents, Document Management, or Assets tool. It does not require a Procore BIM Enterprise license.
