Procore Model Manager - Beta Access & Feedback

The Model Manager (Beta) tool is exclusively available to registered beta participants. It is not available through Procore Explore. To learn more, see Beta Participant Guide.

  • To access the beta and provide feedback Show/Hide Details

    • To register: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator coordinates with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager (Beta) on specific Procore projects.

    • To Provide Feedback During Beta: Contact your dedicated Beta program lead.

    • To report issues: Report breaking changes to Procore Customer Support. For general feedback or non-critical issues, contact your Beta program lead or Procore point of contact.

Using different navigation modes allows you to interact with your 3D models efficiently. When using Default mode, you can quickly switch between view behaviors to inspect layout designs or present structural details from a static or mobile camera position.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Tap the Procore icon on your iOS or Android mobile device to open the Procore Mobile app.

  2. .Tap Home View or select a saved view card to open your model.

  3. Move the camera and adjust your viewpoint using the following touch-friendly actions:

    Tip

    To hide the joysticks, tap Settings and tap the toggle to the OFF position.

    • Walk: Drag the middle Walk joystick in your desired direction to walk forward, backward, or sideways.

    • Look Around: Drag the right-most Look joystick in any direction to rotate your camera view from a fixed position.

    • Gyroscope Viewing: Tap the Look Around icon next to the right joystick to look around the model by physically turning your device.

    • Zoom: Pinch your fingers together to zoom out, or spread your fingers apart to zoom in. You can also double-tap any individual object to instantly focus the camera.

    • Pan: Drag two fingers across the screen to slide the camera, or drag the left-most

    • Up/Down: joystick to adjust your height vertically.

    • Orbit: Drag one finger in any direction to orbit your view around the model.

    • Object Focus: Tap and hold an object to open the mobile context menu.
