Permissions Matrix

Procore's 360 Reporting tools require two separate permission layers to access 360 Reports:

1. Permissions to create and manage reports.

2. Permissions to access reporting data.

Users can take this action with this permission level AND one or more additional requirements, like granular permissions.

To view data within the report, you must have the following permissions in the relevant Company or Project level tool:

If you have access to view the action plan in the tool, you can view all associated data from its child objects. See Action Plans Permission.

If you have access to view the change event in the tool, you can view all associated data from its child objects. See Change Events Permissions.

If you have access to view the coordination issue in the tool, you can view all associated data from its child objects. See Coordination Tool Permissions.

Note: Super Private correspondences are excluded.
