Create a T&M Ticket (iOS)

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions

  • You can configure what items are created with the quick create Icon Plus Quick Create Mobile2 icon, see Configure Quick Create Settings.

  • Statuses

    • The status is set to 'In Progress' status when created.

    • The status is updated to 'Ready for Review' when the ticket has been signed by the Company Signee.

    • The status is updated to 'Field Verified' when the the ticket has been signed by the Customer Signee.

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.

  2. Initiate the T&M Ticket.

    • Tap the quick create Icon Plus Quick Create Mobile2 icon and select T&M Ticket.

    • Tap the T&M Tickets tool and tap the create Icon Plus Quick Create Mobile2 icon.

  3. Tap to enter information into the 'General Information section.

    Show/Hide Fields

    • Description. A description of the work that was performed.

    • Performed On. The date the work was performed.

    • Location. The location the work was performed.

    • Ordered By. The person in your project directory that ordered the work.

    • Reference Number. A reference number for the work.

  4. Add Attachments.

    • Camera Show / Hide Steps

      1. Tap the camera icon.

        • Default

          1. Tap the shutter to take a photo.

        • Markup

          1. Tap Markup to take the photo and immediately mark it up.

          2. Tap the shutter to take a photo.

          3. Mark up the photo.

          4. Save the photo.

            • To save both the original and marked up photo, mark the Save as New Photo option, then tap Save.

            • To only save your marked up photo, clear the Save as New Photo option, then tap Overwrite.

    • Library Show / Hide Steps

      1. Tap the library Icon Photo Circle Mobile icon.

      2. Tap the photos from your device to add them.

      3. Tap the add icon.

    • Files Show / Hide Steps

      1. Tap the files icon.

      2. Tap the file to add it.

  5. In the 'Labor' section, tap Employees and enter the relevant information.

    Show/Hide Fields

    • Employee. The person in your project directory that performed the work.

    • Classification. The person's classification. .

    • Time Type. The kind of time to be billed.

    • Hours. The quantity of hours worked.

  6. Tap Apply.

  7. In the 'Materials' section, tap Quantities and enter the relevant information.

    Show/Hide Fields

    • Material. The materials used to perform the work.

    • Description. A description of the materials.

    • Unit. The unit of measure for the materials.

    • Quantity. The quantity of materials used.

  8. Tap Apply.

  9. In the 'Equipment' section, tap Quantities and enter the relevant information.

    Show/Hide Fields

    • Equipment. The equipment in your project's equipment tool used to perform the work.

    • Description. A description of the equipment.

    • Quantity. The quantity of hours the equipment was used.

  10. Tap Apply.

  11. In the 'Subcontractor' section, tap Companies and enter the relevant information.

    Show/Hide Fields

    • Company. The company listed in your project's directory.

    • Description. A description of the company.

  12. Tap Apply.

  13. In the 'Approvals' section, select the Signees from the drop-down list.

    1. Company Signee. A company signee is a person with signature authority for the company performing the work requested in the ticket.

    2. Customer Signee. A customer signee is a person with signature authority for the entity that requested the labor, materials, or equipment being requested in the T&M ticket.

  14. Optional: Enter additional information into the Notes section.

  15. Tap Save.
