Things to Consider
Viewing a specific Specifications Area exports only the specifications related to that particular 'Specification Area'.
Steps
Open a Single Specification Section
Navigate to the project's Specifications tool.
Click Open next to the specification section.
Take any of the following actions:
Click the X icon to exit the PDF viewer.
Click the download
icon to download the file.Click the list
icon to navigate to different divisions or sections.Click the search
icon to perform a keyword search.Click the zoom in
or zoom out 
icon to zoom in or out.
Open Entire Specification Book
Navigate to the project's Specifications tool.
Click Open Specifications Book.
Note: This shows only the most recently published revision of each specification section.Take any of the following actions:
Click the X icon to exit the PDF viewer.
Click the download
icon to download the file.Click the list
icon to navigate to different divisions or sections.Click the search
icon to perform a keyword search.Click the zoom in
or zoom out icon to zoom in or out.
In the viewer, you can use keyboard shortcuts (such as pressing Left or Right arrow keys to change pages or Z to zoom) to navigate the document. Press Shift + ? to view the full hotkey menu. Click the keyboard icon in the bottom right corner (or press ?) to display the full keyboard shortcuts menu. See What keyboard shortcuts are available in the Unified Viewer?
