View Pins in the Specifications Tool (Android)

Steps

Pinned Connected Items are now visible on files in the Specifications tool on Android. Users can view pins for Coordination Issues, Observations, RFIs, Inspections, and Punch List items directly on a document. Tapping a pin opens the associated Connected Item, allowing users to access the item while maintaining its location and context on the document.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the project's Specifications tool.

  • Placing new pins or linking new items from mobile is not included in this release.

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on your Android mobile device.

  2. Tap the project's Specifications tool.

  3. Tap the document you want to view.

  4. Click on the All items icon. This will open the list of all the related items.

  5. Tap the icon to view the attached pins.
