Export Project 360 Reports with Visuals and Dashboard Data

Background

In Beta

This content is for Procore users participating in the 360 Reporting tool's Visuals and Dashboards Beta Program.

You can export your 360 Visual Reports and Dashboards data to the following file formats:

  • Comma-separated value (CSV)

  • Excel

  • PDF: Two types of PDF exports are available: One PDF per Visual and Match Dashboard Layout.
PDF export options allow teams to share chart-based project insights in meetings, email distributions, and executive reporting workflows — without requiring recipients to have Procore access.
Note: PDF is also available for scheduled distributions, so stakeholders receive dashboard snapshots automatically.
