  Project Map

  The Project Map (Beta) shows items from the following tools:

  • Incidents

  • Inspections

  • Observations

  • Photos

  • Punch List

  Tool-Specific Maps

  The following tools have a map to view its items:

  • Photos

• Email an Individual Photo

• Email Multiple Photos

Email an Individual Photo

1. Navigate to the tool's map.
   

   • View Photos on a Map

   • View the Project Map (Beta)

2. If using the Project Map, select a tool and the list icon.

3. Click the item name or the item on the map.

4. Click the vertical ellipsis and select Email.
   

5. Enter the email information.

6. Click Send.

Email Multiple Photos

1. Navigate to the tool's map.
   

   • View Photos on a Map

   • View the Project Map (Beta)

2. If using the Project Map, select a tool and the list icon.

3. Select the items.

   • Mark the checkboxes for the items you want to email.

   • Tap and hold command or control on your keyboard and click the items on the map.

4. Click Bulk Actions and select Email.

5. Enter the email information.

6. Click Send.
