Create Coordination Issues from a Model (Android)

Creating coordination issues directly from a model allows you to capture and document potential conflicts or design issues the moment you see them. By linking these issues to a model, your team can visualize the exact location and context of the problem, leading to faster resolution and improved communication between stakeholders.

  • The Coordination Issues tool is not yet available on Procore's Android app. After you create an issue, you will be prompted to open the issue in the browser on your mobile device in order to view or edit information.

  • Procore saves your changes and syncs them automatically once your device is online.

  • Issues sync to both the Coordination Issues tool and the Procore BIM Plugin.

• Add the Coordination Issues tool to the Procore project. See Add and Remove Project Tools

• Publish the model. See Publish a Model to Procore.

• Download the model for viewing on your device. See Download or Remove Models from a Mobile Device (Android).

1. Navigate to the Models tool on the Procore app using an Android mobile device.

2. Tap the model you want to open. If you haven't downloaded it to your device, tap Download now.

3. Locate the area of the model that you want to create a coordination issue for.

4. Tap Create .

5. Tap Coordination Issue.

6. Complete the required fields in the New Issue panel.

   This table summarizes all of the data entry fields for a coordination issue.

7. Tap Create.

Procore adds a new issue in the Open status to the table on the Coordination Issues dashboard.
