Things to Consider
Required User Permissions:
'Standard' level permissions or higher to the project's Photos tool.
AND
'Read Only' level permissions or higher on for the tool of the item you are viewing.

To scan QR Codes for Equipment or Submittals, follow these steps:
Steps
Navigate to the camera tool
on the Procore Android mobile app.Point the camera at the QR Code to scan it.
Tap the link below the QR code on your screen.
View the item in your Procore mobile app.
