Search and Filter Inter Project Material Transfers

Search

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Transfers tab.

3. Click Summary to view receipts or Line Items to view line items listed in transfers.
   

4. Click the search bar and enter your keywords to search one of the following fields:

   • Summary

     • Transfer

   • Line Items

     • Transfer

     • Description

     • Item

Filter

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Transfers tab.

3. Click Summary to view transfers or Line Items to view line items listed in transfers.
   

4. Click the filter icon.

5. Select to filter by the following fields:

   • Summary

     • Created By

     • Date Created

     • Document State

     • Inter Project Transfer

     • Transfer Status

   • Line Items

     • Document State

     • From Location

     • Inter Project Transfer

     • Labels

     • Pre-Transfer Condition

     • Transfer to Project

     • Transfer Status

6. To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear All.
