Print a Location QR Code

You can print the QR Code for the desired location of a project using the Locations tool. In Procore, a location QR Code is a two-dimensional, machine-readable barcode that links directly to a specific project location. You can easily save and scan the QR Code of a location.

You can also print the QR Code for multiple locations using a bulk option in the Locations tool.

1. Navigate to the project's Locations tool.
   The Locations page appears with the List View by default.
   Note: You can configure which table view and table column names you want to see in the Locations table.

2. From the Tree view or List view table, select a location for which you want to print the QR Code.

3. Click the More Actions icon in the corresponding row, and select Print QR Code.
   The Print QR Code screen appears.
   Note: You can also print a location QR code from the Location Details View. See View Location Details and Associated Tool Items.

4. Configure the following fields:

   1. Specify whether you want to print the QR Code for the selected location or sub locations.

   2. Select the paper size (US Letter or A4).

   3. Select a label format (1 label per page or 30 labels per page)
      Note: Select 30 labels per page if you want to print the QR codes of all locations (including sub locations) on the same page.

5. Click Print.
   A Print screen appears, allowing you to view the QR Code and modify the print settings.

6. Click Print in the Print screen.
   You are prompted to save the location QR code in a PDF file format.

7. Choose a destination on your computer and save the PDF.
   The PDF is downloaded. It contains the selected location QR code, print date and time, Procore logo, project details, and the location address for which you printed the QR Code.
   The following is an example of 30 labels per page format:
   

8. To print the QR code in bulk for multiple locations, do the following:

   1. Select the desired locations from the List or Tree View table.
      The Print QR Code option appears above the List or Tree View table on your left side.

   2. Click the Print QR Code option to bulk print the QR code for the selected locations.

   3. Set the Page Size and Format fields.

   4. Click Print.
      The Print screen opens in a new window, displaying options for print settings.

   5. Click Print.
      You are prompted to save the PDF file in the desired destination.
