    • This action can also be performed while an active network connection is not available on your mobile device (offline mode). Tasks performed in offline mode will be synced with Procore after a network connection has been reestablished.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Inspections tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Tap the inspection you want to perform.

  3. Complete the status of each item by tapping the appropriate response.

    • Select from a custom response set or enter text, dates, or numbers if prompted by specific items.

    • Add a photo or an observation if required by your response selection.

  4. Optional: Add comments or attachments to an inspection item.

    • Tap the inspection item.

    • Tap the Attachmenticon to add a file, or tap into the text box to add a comment.

    • Tap Create Observation if you want to log an observation from the inspection. See Create an Observation from an Inspection (iOS).

  5. Tap Save.
