Move Drawing Disciplines

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' on the projects' Drawings tool.

• Additional Information:

  • When you move drawing disciplines in the Drawings tool, the new order will be displayed for all users who can access the Drawings tool.

1. Navigate to the project's Drawings tool.

2. Select the discipline containing the drawings you want to move.

3. Click the edit icon.

4. Complete the following fields as applicable:

• Discipline: Select the new discipline from the drop-down menu.

• Drawing Date: Enter the date as it appears on the drawing.

• Received Date: Enter the date the office received the drawing.

• Drawing Set: Select the correct set from the list.

• Obsolete: Mark the checkbox if the drawing is no longer current.

• Drawing Area: Select the appropriate area for the drawing.

5. Click Update.

Note: These steps will set of order in which disciplines are shown throughout the Drawings tool.
