The introduction of Markup and Layers allows you to toggle between private and public spaces. This ensures that personal annotations remain separate from official project markups, providing a cleaner and more organized document review experience.
Required User Permissions: 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the project's Drawings tool.
Markup Spaces:
Private: Markups visible only to the user who created them.
Public: Markups shared and visible to all project members with permissions to view the document.
Selection Logic: Selecting a group or layer will automatically filter the visible markups to show only the markups within that specific category.
Open the Procore app on your iOS mobile device.
Tap the project's Drawings tool.
Tap the document you want to view.
Tap the Markup icon in the viewer.
Select a specific space from the list to filter markups:
Private: Tap to view only your personal markups.
Public: Tap to view markups shared with the project team.
Note: When a layer is selected, the viewer will only populate the markups belonging to that specific list.
While in a markup list, tap a Markup Group to select all items within that collection.
To see individual items, tap the Arrow next to a group to drill down into the list of specific markups.
Tap an individual markup in the list to automatically select and center that markup on the document.
Tap the Search icon at the top of the markup panel.
Enter a keyword or a specific user's name.
Tap the Filter icon to refine the list by specific criteria, such as a user name.
