Adjust Columns in a Bid Package

Background

You can customize Bid Package columns to display the data most relevant to you and your project.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.

  2. Click the bid package.

  3. Click the Bidding tab.

  4. Click Icon Ag Grid Table Filter Menu Configure to choose what data is displayed in the table.

    1. Move the toggles Icon Toggle On ON or Icon Toggle Off OFF to show or hide a column.
      The following fields are available: Show/Hide Details

      • Bidders

      • Bid Status

      • Bid Amount

      • Bid Recipients

      • Notes

      • Non-Disclosure Agreement Activity

      • Last Activity

      • Bid Recipient Phone

      • Bid Recipient Email

      • Business Classifications

      • Company Rating

      • Jobsite Proximity

      •  Limited Release

        The following fields are available for users with the Bidding + COMPASS integration in the United States and Canada:

        • Qualification Status

        • Qualification Expiration Date

        • Single Limit

        • Aggregate Limit

Rearrange Columns

  1. Click and hold the column header.

  2. Drag it to your preferred location and release.

Sort Columns by Ascending or Descending Order

  1. If the column is available for sorting, click the column header.

  2. Click the column header again to switch between ascending or descending order:

    • Icon Ag Grid Sort Ascending Ascending

    • Icon Ag Grid Sort Descending Descending

Customize Column View

  1. Click the vertical ellipsis Icon Ellipsis Verticalon the column and select from the following options:

    • Pin Column:

      • Pin Left: Pins the column to the left side of the table.

      • Pin Right: Pins the column to the right side of the table.

      • No Pin: Removes the pin from the column.

    • Autosize This Column: Click to automatically adjust the size of this column.

    • Autosize All Columns: Click to automatically adjust the size of all columns.

    • Reset Columns: Click to reset the columns to the default settings.
