Column-specific forecasting and remaining-to-spread amount (including actuals) features are available for configuration in the Company level Admin tool and for use in the Project level Budget tool. To enable these features, join the Forecasting: Revenue Forecasting, Percents and Actuals-Aware Remaining beta program via Procore Explore.
The project's Budget tool provides your team with the ability to create and edit forecasting views. The 'Procore Standard Forecast' view contains the same columns as the 'Procore Standard Budget' view. However, it also includes columns that let you select a Start Date, End Date, and Curve from a drop-down list. This allows you to transform your data into a forecasting view that automatically spreads the line item's amounts across Month columns for any timeline that you specify.
Required User Permissions:
'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool.

Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
Under 'Tool Settings', click Budget.
Select the Forecasting Views tab.
Click + Create.
Procore provides a Procore Standard Forecast view that contains different columns. See About the Procore Standard Forecast View. This example shows you how to use the Procore Standard Forecast view as your starting point for customizing a forecasting view to fit your specific business needs.
In the 'Create a New Forecasting View' modal, select the radio button next to one of these views:
Standard Views
Procore Standard Forecast: This default view includes columns such as Approved COs, Revised Budget, Projected Budget, Projected Costs, Estimated Cost at Completion, Job to Date Costs, Projected Cost To Complete, Forecast To Complete, Projected over Under, and Notes.
My Views: Select from any existing custom views created by your company.
Click Create.
On the 'New Forecasting View' page, configure the following:
Header & Setup Options
View Name. Enter a name for the view.
Description. Enter a description for the view.
Forecasting Column To Spread. Select the budget column you want to distribute across monthly forecast periods from the drop-down list. For example, select Estimated Cost at Completion or Projected Cost To Complete. 
Note: Assign a unique Forecasting Column To Spread to each view to ensure that changes to monthly spread values in one view do not overwrite or modify the values for the same line item in other views. See How do I keep monthly forecast spreads independent across different forecast views?
Actuals Column. Select a column from the drop-down list to deduct actuals from the 'Remaining to Spread' calculation. See How is Remaining to Spread Calculated in Advanced Forecasting?
Assigned Projects. Click the hyperlink (e.g., 0/27 Projects) to assign this view to specific or all projects. See Assign a Forecasting View to a Procore Project.
You can assign the view to specific projects or to all new and existing projects now by clicking the hyperlink (e.g., 0/27 Projects) under Assigned Projects. Alternatively, you can wait to assign projects after configuring the columns.
Preview Panel & Table Controls
Preview with Project. Select a project from the drop-down menu to view live sample data. See Preview a Budget or Forecasting View.
Display Name. Click the pencil 
icon next to any column header to set a display name for this view.
Note: The display name can be up to 50 characters long.
Columns Panel & Customization
+ Create. Click to create new custom columns, including:
Search. Enter a keyword in the Search box and click the search 
icon or press ENTER to find columns by name.
Column Type. Click on the drop-down list and select one or more column types to filter columns by type.
Reportable Column. Click to filter columns by one of the following options:
Yes. Select this option from the drop-down list to filter for columns included in the Single Tool budget reports.
No. Select this option from the drop-down list to filter for columns excluded from the Single Tool budget reports.
Show enabled columns only. Click the toggle on 
icon to view only active columns.
Enable or Disable Columns. Click the toggle on icon or the toggle off 
icon next to individual columns to show or hide them in the view. See Enable or Disable Columns in a Budget or Forecasting View.
Manual Load Data. Click Load Data to refresh or load column data in the preview budget table manually.
Click Save.
After you create a forecasting view:
The new forecasting view will be accessible in the Forecasting Views tab and in the 'My Views' section of the 'Create a New Forecasting View' modal.
The new forecasting view is available to use as a starting point for creating custom forecasting views.
