Assign a 360 Report to Specific Projects or Users
Background
Admins for the Company 360 Reporting tool can use rule-based conditions to assign reports to specific projects and users. They can define up to two conditions based on the following criteria to automatically map reports to matching projects and specific users for assignment:
Project Attributes (for example, Project Type, By Country, Stage) or
User Attributes (for example, User Name)
Combined condition using AND or OR logic
Admins can edit a rule-based report assignment modal but cannot delete it. They can use this rule-based report assignment functionality for:
Targeted distribution: Reports are automatically assigned to the right projects as new ones are created, eliminating manual project-by-project setup.
Reduced clutter: Instead of cluttering every project or resorting to manual email workarounds, admins can now automatically map reports to specific project types, stages, or users. Field teams only see reports relevant to their project, improving dashboard usability.
Scalable control: Rule-based assignments grow with your organization without requiring ongoing admin intervention.
Note: This rule-based report assignment replaces the previous all-or-nothing report assignment model. See Assign a 360 Report to All Projects.
