Update Project Milestone Dates in the Project Dates Variance Hub Card

Update a project milestone date directly from the Owner Hub to keep portfolio schedule tracking accurate without navigating into individual project settings. Modifying baseline or actual dates in real time ensures date variance calculations reflect current project milestones. Direct table editing streamlines data hygiene across multiple projects from a single view.

• Required User Permissions on the company's Procore Home tool.

• Additional Information:

  • Updating the Baseline Date or Actual Date automatically recalculates the milestone variance (Variance = Baseline Date - Actual Date).

  • Milestones available for update correspond to dates defined in Company Admin under Project Dates.

1. Navigate to the company's Procore Home tool.

2. Click the Owner Hub tab.

3. Locate the Project Dates Variance card.

4. Click the date cell or project row you want to update.

5. Modify the Baseline Date or Actual Date fields in the side window.

6. Click Save.
