View Tasks in the Meetings Items (iOS)

Background

You can view linked tasks directly within a meeting item and navigate seamlessly between Tasks and Meetings on your mobile device. Whether in Agenda or Minutes mode, you can see real-time task statuses, assignees, and titles. This eliminates the need to manually switch between the Meetings and Tasks tools or duplicate task details to check progress on action items.

Field teams can instantly trace tasks back to original meeting discussions and decisions. They can reduce administrative overhead and search time by surfacing real-time task statuses directly in meeting agendas and minutes.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Meetings tool.
      OR

    • 'Read Only' or higher level permissions on the project's Meetings tool with the 'Manage Meeting Items' granular permission enabled on the permissions template. See Meetings - Permissions.

Note: You must also have the necessary permissions enabled on the Tasks tool. See Tasks - User Permissions.
