Periods for project status snapshots are currently in beta. To enable this feature, join the Budget: Periods on Project Status Snapshots beta program through Procore Explore.
Enabling financial periods allows you to associate project status snapshots with specific financial timeframes, such as months or custom accounting periods. Once enabled, users can select financial periods when creating or editing project status snapshots, as well as filter and compare snapshot variances by period.
Disabling this feature hides the financial period selections across snapshots, restricting project status snapshots to ad hoc management without structured financial period tracking.
Autorisations utilisateur requises :

Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
Under 'Tool Settings', click Budget.
Click the Project Status Snapshots tab.
Click Financial Periods in the left menu.
Click the toggle on 
icon next to Enable financial periods.
Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
Under 'Tool Settings', click Budget.
Click the Project Status Snapshots tab.
Click Financial Periods in the left menu.
Click the toggle off
