Assign a Company Level Form Template to Specific Projects
Background
Company Admins can assign a company level Form Template to one or more specific projects. This helps admins to determine which projects a Form is relevant for and assign it to those projects. Key highlights of this feature include:
At the company level, all form templates are applied to all projects and all form templates are defaulted to “yes” for new projects to maintain the current state.
At the project level, when a form template is unassigned from a project, the template is removed from the Create dropdown menu in the project's Forms tool. Any forms previously created using that template will remain fully visible and accessible within the project.
