Synchronizing coordination issues ensures seamless communication and design alignment across desktop and web applications. By viewing identical section views, markups, and viewpoints in Navisworks, the Models tool, and Model Manager, project teams identify and resolve design conflicts faster without losing critical context.
You can create, review, and synchronize coordination issues across Autodesk® Navisworks®, the Procore Models tool, and Gestionnaire de maquettes (bêta) by following this workflow:
Create an Issue in Navisworks®: Open your model in Autodesk® Navisworks® and position a section plane at the desired location. From the Procore tab in the Procore BIM Plugin, open the Issues List, select Create Issue, and fill out the title along with any applicable fields. Add markups or arrows using your preferred color and line thickness, then select Create to generate the issue and save the initial viewpoint.
Review in the Models Tool: Open the Models tool in Procore and select the issue from the list. The application automatically loads the matching camera angle, sectioning, and markups.
Review in Model Manager: Open the Gestionnaire de maquettes (bêta), locate the issue in the Items panel, and select it to verify that the camera position, section cuts, and annotations display consistently.
Synchronize Updated Viewpoints: To capture new angles or modified section planes, adjust the model within the Models tool or the Gestionnaire de maquettes (bêta) and click Add to add a new viewpoint to the issue. Reopen the issue in Navisworks®, the Models tool, or Model Manager will seamlessly reflect the updated viewpoints across the connected Procore BIM tools.
