The Bluebeam Studio integration lets users launch Bluebeam Studio sessions directly from PDF files within supported Procore tools, including Document Management, Documents, Specifications, and Drawings (limited to new projects). Once a session is finalized in Procore, all markups are automatically imported back into Procore as a public, read-only markup group attached to that specific document version. This process preserves the source PDF without creating new files or revisions. Note that imported markups are read-only; while you cannot edit, rename, move, or delete them in Procore, you can toggle their visibility on or off in the viewer's markup panel. See how to Create and Manage Bluebeam Studio Markup Sessions in the Unified Viewer and View Bluebeam Studio Markups in the Unified Viewer.
