Request a Signature on a T&M Ticket
Background
Verify your T&M tickets by collecting digital signatures from the authorized parties. Procore requires signatures from two specific roles:
Company Signee: The person with signature authority for your company.
Customer Signee: The person with signature authority for the customer you are working with.
Things to Consider
To appear as a selection in the Signee drop-down list, the person must have a user account in the Project Directory.
Prerequisites
Steps
Navigate to the project's T&M Tickets tool.
Click Edit next to the ticket.
Scroll down to the 'Approvals' section. Then select the appropriate signees:
Under Company Signature, select the person at your company responsible for signing your ticket.
Under Customer Signature, select the person with signature authority for your customer.
Click Update.
