Clone a Project 360 Report

In Beta

Company Administrators can enable the 360 Project Execution Reporting for Non-Admin Users in Procore Explore. (US 2 | UK)

With this beta, your data access is determined by your existing tool permissions. You can create and view detailed Project and Company 360 Reports using all the data you already have permission to see—no tool-level admin access is required. This applies only to data within the Project Execution Dataset.

Background

Cloning a report allows you to quickly create a new report with the same data from the original report.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • Access to the report as the creator of the report or a viewer (if report is shared with you) with 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the 360 Reporting tool.

  • Additional Information:

    • You can clone any reports that you have created, as well as any reports that have been shared with you.

    • Once a user clones a report, their cloned copy will only have information that they can see. If you update the source report, it does NOT update the clone.

Steps

To export a 360 report created using the 360 Reporting tool, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the 360 Reporting tool at the Company or Project level.

  2. Locate the desired report in the list under 'My Reports'. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and choose Clone.

    • A banner displays to confirm the report was successfully cloned.

    • You are redirected to the edit page for the cloned report.

  3. Optional: Update the cloned report as needed and then click Update Report.
