Edit a Company 360 Report

Company Administrators can enable the 360 Project Execution Reporting for Non-Admin Users in Procore Explore. (US 2 | UK)

With this beta, your data access is determined by your existing tool permissions. You can create and view detailed Project and Company 360 Reports using all the data you already have permission to see—no tool-level admin access is required. This applies only to data within the Project Execution Dataset.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • For company reports: company 'Admin' permissions.

    • For project reports: 'Standard' or higher permissions on the 360 Reporting tool and the report was created by you or if you are a company admin.

  • As you edit your report, click the Load Data button to refresh the data when you're ready.

    • If you'd like data to refresh automatically, toggle off Load Data Manually, but this can increase wait time, especially for large or complex reports.

Steps

To edit a 360 report created using the 360 Reporting tool, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the 360 Reporting tool at the Company or Project level.

  2. Locate the report created in the 360 Reporting tool.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Make desired changes to the report.

  5. Click the Load Data button to populate the report with your changes.
    Note: If you have 'Load Data Manually' turned off, data automatically refreshes with every change you make which may increase wait times.
