Existing Procore customers will have access to the new Project Overview Insights experience within the next few months.
Company and Project administrators can view average Submittal response time insights from Project Overview to help solve issues related to underutilized data in their construction projects.
Required User Permissions:
'Admin' level permissions from the Company’s Admin settings to see insights on Project Overview.
'Admin' level permissions from the Project’s Admin settings to see insights on Project Overview.
Click Project Tools and select Home to navigate to the Project Overview.
Click the name of the project.
The Average Submittal Response Time insights card displays on the side panel.
Note: Your insights will vary based on the number of Submittals you have.
Average Response Time by Project - Current project's average Submittal response time.
Average Response Time by Company - Company's average Submittal response time based on past projects.
Average Response Time by Industry - Average industry response time on Submittals based on current project type and size.
Click the vertical ellipsis 
to do the following:
Share - Download the insight as a PDF.
Support Center - View Procore's product support area.
Provide Feedback - Provide feedback about your experience.
Click Go to Report to view a prebuilt report template for more detail about the RFIs included in the calculations for the project.
Click View all Submittals to go to the Submittals tool.
