The Procore + Bluebeam integration can be installed by the Procore App Marketplace.
The Procore Submittals + Bluebeam integration streamlines your submittal review process by allowing you to seamlessly create Bluebeam Studio Sessions from Procore's Submittals tool. This integration enables efficient collaboration on submittal PDFs, combining the power of Procore's workflow management with Bluebeam's robust markup and collaboration capabilities.
To access and use the Procore Submittals + Bluebeam integration, you will need the following:
Bluebeam Login Credentials : Email address and password of your Bluebeam account.
Procore's Submittals Tool: Access to the Submittals tool within your Procore project(s).
The Procore Submittals + Bluebeam integration is installed company-wide for all projects in your company using the Procore App Marketplace.
Installation: Company Administrators can navigate to the Procore App Marketplace to install the Bluebeam application directly to their company account.
Scope: Installing the integration from the App Marketplace enables Bluebeam company-wide across all projects. Per-project enablement is no longer required or supported.
During the upcoming transition period, legacy Procore Explore listings will remain visible, but direct installations will be disabled. Instead, the listing will direct users to the standard App Marketplace to complete the installation.
Action Required: Existing customers are not automatically migrated and must manually install the Marketplace version before the sunset date.
Session Preservation: Active and pre-existing Bluebeam Studio Sessions and markups are preserved backend. When you complete the Marketplace installation, existing sessions will automatically re-link to their corresponding submittals without losing work-in-progress.
