Configure Connection Approval Settings

Configuring your approval preferences determines how the Sending account handles incoming project connection requests from Receiving companies. Choosing between automatic approval or manual review allows you to balance administrative oversight with project efficiency.

Things to Consider

  • Required Permissions

    • 'Admin' level permissions in the company's Admin tool.

Configure Settings

 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.

  2. Under 'Tool Settings,' click Connection Manager.

  3. Mark the checkbox next to Automatically Configure Connections (Recommended) to automatically approve connections.
    OR
    Clear the checkmark to require a connection request be sent for review before manually accepting or rejecting a project's request to connect.

  4. Click Save.
