La possibilité d’assigner un ensemble de réponses personnalisé existant à un modèle d’inspections au niveau entreprise offre à votre équipe une flexibilité et des réponses personnalisables qui correspondent aux besoins de votre entreprise. Ces ensembles de réponses personnalisés sont créés au niveau entreprise, puis assignés à des éléments dans un modèle d’inspections au niveau entreprise.

Autorisations requises

• Créer un ensemble de réponses personnalisées pour les inspections

1. Navigate to the Company level Inspections tool.

2. Click the List tab.

3. Click Edit next to the template that you want to add a custom response set to.

4. Locate the item that you want to add a custom response set to.

5. In the Response Type dropdown, select the custom response set that you want to add to the inspection item.
   Note: If you don't see the column you're looking for, scroll to the right of the table view.

6. Click Update to save your changes.
