Status	Definition
Open	The issue has been identified and logged but has not yet been assigned or addressed.
In Progress	The assignee is actively working on a resolution or investigating the conflict.
Ready for Review	A fix has been proposed or implemented as is waiting for the coordination's approval.
Closed	The issue is fully resolved, verified, and no further action is required.
Moved to Observation	The issue has been converted into a formal Procore observation for tracking.
Elevated	The issue has been converted into an RFI because it requires a formal response from the team.
Released	The conflict is acknowledged and cleared to proceed into the next phase of construction or fabrication.
