How do 360 Reporting permissions work?
Answer
Procore's 360 Reporting tools require two (2) separate permission layers: one to create and manage the report, and another to view the source data it contains.
1. Permissions to Create a 360 Report
You must have these permissions to create and manage a 360 Report:
For a Company 360 Report: You must be a Company Admin. This permission is managed in the Company Directory to ensure secure access. Users cannot change permissions from within the Company 360 Reporting tool itself.
For a Project 360 Report: You must have 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the Project 360 Reporting tool.
Important
Permissions to create a report don't guarantee access to its source data. A second permission layer protects sensitive financial and administrative information by controlling who can view it.
